Direct hire decisions are important in today's competitive business environment. Our ‘Contract-to-Hire’ (also known as ‘temp to perm’) option gives companies the time to assess and confirm a direct hire choice before conversion to a regular, full-time employee. Contract-to-hire rates are commensurate with full-time salaries and the contract engagement period is typically 3 to 6 months in length.
The number of U.S. science and engineering graduates are not meeting the forecasted growth in demand for IT professionals. There is an abundant amount of raw human capital talent in the U.S., but it needs to be identified and trained. The Capstone Training Program (CTP) offers training to returning veterans and to select vocational, college and university graduates. Based on anticipated client workforce shortages or to address a lack of diversity, we train small groups of recruits with the precise mix of tools and knowledge specific to your environment. Recruits then begin to work at the client site as ‘contract-to-hire’ consultants under the guidance and mentorship of a senior consultant knowledgeable in your methodologies and workplace practices. After a period of 6 months to a year, clients are encouraged to convert these consultants to regular, full-time employees.
